Before text processing, to delete unnecessary new-line characters and space characters and to be consistent in writing style like one-byte or two-byte characters, we need knowledge about regular expression and programming. We released a text conversion tool to easily format Japanese texts without these knowledge. Anybody can use this for free. Recently I got a message from the Department of Justice in Uzbekistan that they released the system for mobiles. I accessed LexUZ, the database of Uzbekistan laws, and found the icon of Android in the upper left-hand part of the screen.
