There is a system for the amendment of laws in Korea and all ministries amend laws with this system. The government provides this system to the local governments without charge.
Legislation rules in Korea were made by reference to those in Japan and laws are amended with Integration method. An editor to automatically create the amendment laws is provided and all the procedures from drafting to National Assembly proceedings are conducted with a system (electronic data).
This systemization changed some Korean legislation rules compared to Japanese ones. The appended tables are not partially but totally revised. The act for revising acts which amends several different laws at once were abolished.
Japanese government might be going to follow Korean legislation methods as a good example because Korean government flexibly changed their legislation from paper based method to electronic method.
