CONPHIC Co., Ltd. develops several types of tools and systems to support drafting (legislation) of laws and ordinances.

The document numbers called as Act number are given to the laws and ordinances at promulgation.
The number is given in order of promulgation from the beginning of each year e.g. “Act No. 1 of 2015”.
There are some cases where the date of the promulgation is indicated like “Act No. 1 of February 12, 2015”, but the Act number without the date is the official one.

If you want to search the list of laws enacted in 2015, you can use “日本法令索引制定法令検索” released by the National Diet Library and get the list by entering “平成27年” in the blank of Act number.
You can also search other kinds of regulations (cabinet order/Imperial ordinance/ministerial ordinance). Please try it.
You can find 2,055 laws were issued if you search all the kinds of laws from January 1 to today (September 27) in 2015.

If you want to check the details of each law, you can check it for free for 30 days from the publication date wiht “Official Gazette” Web.
In the officail gazette 6612 issue released today (September 27, 2015), 2 ministerial ordinances are published.
