The laws and ordinances generally have the ariticle titles for each article.
The article titles are given on the right side of the articles (the line before the articles in case of horizontal writing) like the following:

　（条見出し）
第○条　○○は、・・・・。

If more than two consecutive articles provide the same category of the content, the prior article have the article title called as a common titile.
In case of a common titile, the amendment provision to amend the common title is different from the general provisions.
I will explain this amendment provision in this blog later.

The position of the article titles is standardized like the sample above in recent laws, but there are some old laws which give the title like the following:
第○条（条見出し）　○○は、・・・・・。
One of the examples of this case was Basic Act on Education, but the position of the title was amended in Act No. 120 of 2006.

Medical Practitioners’ Act is the example of the laws without the article titles.
You can find the rules about legislation is different depending on the age of establishment.
